Our nation's birthday isn't the only reason to celebrate. We harvested the first major batch of garlic this morning and it looks great. I'm going to let the rest sit for a few days in the hopes that they'll get bigger. Raspberries are starting to ripen (in another week, I think the crop will be huge) and the rest of the yard is looking pretty good.
