It has been one year since we closed on the house. It is a good time to reflect on what we have done so far. Here are a few before and after shots - in case you can't tell, the "before" shot is always first. Some are dramatic and some not so dramatic but hopefully all are a change for the better. Can you tell the difference?

You've done a great job in your first year! Lovely bungalow -- I'm very envious of that woodwork in the dining room. So nice.

I love all the wood. you have done a great job, refinishing wood is an arduous task but worth it.
How many coats of verithane did you have to apply?
We used 3 coats of poly, sanded between coats. Once finished with the our bedroom, I will probably clean and sand once more and apply one more coat in that room.
